What is going on with these dashes?

Okay, honestly... what the actual?

Let me ask everyone: how many of you have experienced dashes not working as intended?

Here are a few I've noticed playing as Taliyah: Akali dashes don't trigger the E most of the time. (I may be wrong, but it's usually, if her destination is outside of the E, she doesn't take any damage or anything) Leblanc sometimes does the same too, of course not with her second W cast, since that is a blink and it wouldn't trigger the effect anyway.

Here are more playing as Veigar: Ekko can E through Veigar's Event Horizon (E) and avoid getting stunned. J4 can ult through Veigar E without getting stunned. Just had a Lissandra protobelt through my E and not get stunned, also.

I don't remember anything in the patch notes adding conditionals to Veigar's E, or to dashes in general either... Nothing that says "oh, these dashes can go through, but not these) No, no... C'mon. This is some bs. No dashes should go through his E. I understand the dumb update where stuns take effect after a dash (which apparently excludes me, since 9 times out of 10, I get stopped in the middle of a dash and stunned right there having traveled only half the distance I was supposed to, but whatever) but this is different. They just avoid getting stunned altogether.

Really tired of the lack of consistency.
