Broken champs/ balance changes

Riot i wan’t your attention really quickly,

Why can’t you nerf the champs that need to be nerfed like Diana and Pantheon and other champs because Pantheon one shotted my whole team everytime he came in my gam with just his ulti and that just keeps getting annoying and Diana is the same so please fix it. Thank you
