New Lobby UI

So, I have noticed that the new UI for the game, when selecting champions, was designed to make the queue times faster. Upon queuing for many games, I have noticed that it takes longer than before. After analyzing the reasons behind why it takes so long, I have realized that its because you have so many people that have to be paying attention. Before, you had one person banning champions, now you have 3 different people. If 1 of those 3 people get distracted, it makes the queue last longer because then you get kicked out if they dont select a champion to ban. My idea is to have Riot make some sort of warning that you are banning, such as in bright red letters, "Ban Champion" across the persons screen who is needing to ban currently. It would make it so that you wouldnt have people zoning out as much and you would be able to fix the problems with the queue times. I think this would be great, but I would need more people to support this idea and bring it forward to Riot. Any other ideas as well, as to how to fix these queue times?
