Alternative Jungle Item

I think that there needs to be an alternative jungle item for champions who do not use mana. Something with maybe some health regen or some other stat would be just as valuable to the junglers and would help make the items more gold efficient for junglers like Aatrox, Lee Sin, and Rengar. I think that the current items are good for junglers who do use mana but there are some junglers that do not use mana that get absolutely no benefit from the mana regen. The passive on Hunters Talisman is nice to have, don't get me wrong, but there should be some other option to give another stat other than mana regen as well.
