Can Jax get a little help?

I've been playing jax since season 1 and have seen many changes. I understand how OP he has been in history, but let's be real here, his current state is pretty underwhelming. Especially after this juggernaut update, Jax wont stand a chance in lane against any of the juggernauts, considering he currently scales very close to riven and fizz. Irelia does just about everything Jax can do only better, such as split pushing, has better team fight, better build paths. Due to Irelias innate sustain, she doesn't need that extra bork and can immediately go tanky after triforce and still have good sustain/Dmg.

Ways of buffing him: 1. Give him the scaling he had back Probably not the best idea considering this was why he needed to be nerfed in the first place, but who knows? Since then there's been more changes such as maokai rework, fiora rework, a new top laner gnar that has a loaded kit, hecarim top, etc....Maybe the new jax could be handled with these new resources? 2. Clarification to his E I think Jaxs E should be more consistent on what it can dodge, currently works with 10/40 attack modifiers, IS CURRENTLY GLITCHED WITH LEONA Q 3. Changes to Empower? Probably the most frustrating thing is getting auto attack cancelled as Jax. Gragas' w will still go through if he gets stunned, but when jax is stunned his empowered auto attack gets stopped in its tracks? Honestly, this is probably the best help they could give him, it honestly should already be like this.
