About the Rune System!

Greetings summoners! My name is DarkEvils1337 and I'm an s6 player, this game is something new to me because it's the only MOBA I enjoy playing,

•A few weeks ago I just started to use Runes&Masteries.. At the first point, it felt exciting.. But after some time I understood that ain't so. As an s6 player, I need to keep IP for the champions that I wanna play. •So, yesterday I was thinking of buying Riven, the exile. Before I bought the champion, I checked on the network, guides, builds, etc. And then I saw that I firstly I need runes.. I was really dissapointed because Riven costs 4800 IP.. And I had about 5000. •I checked the shop, I stepped on my heart.. and bought the runes first. Only the MARKS costed 4000 IP. (And they were on sale) •Then I checked the Quints. Just 1 quint of AD costs 1025 IP.. Which is almost 1/4 from the champion.. •So this means, if I wanna play Riven, I have to pay about 10.000 IP which is a lot! •In addition, I'm a student, and I can't afford buying RP.

•Let's say I wanna play Jax aswell. I guess I can use the Marks I already bought for Riven.. •But Jax needs Hybrid penetration Quints, which cost more than the champion itself..

•How I see this rune system right now:

•Champ select •Me: Silver II, started playing in Season 6. •Enemy: Silver II, started playing in Season 4. It's definitely that the enemy has more IP, and runes.

•I got into the midlane with LeBlanc (An champs that sucks without runes) And it was unfortunate to get an mirror pick.

•LeBlanc(Me) with full T2 runes. (AP quints, MR Glyphs, FLAT Health Seals, MP marks) •LeBlanc(Enemy) with full T3 runes. (AP quints, MR Glyphs, Scaling Health Seals, MP Marks)

•In this situation I'm forced to buy MR.. And the enemy LeBlanc buy MP. •ME - 11 AP +9 MR +56 HP +6MP.

•ENEMY

• 15 AP +12 MR, +200 Hp (lvl 18) +7MP

SO, the enemy LeBlanc will have more damage, and resist than me.. In addition, if I wanna have an higher chance, I have to go into the Resolve tree(Masteries) To get Unyielding for the +5 MR.

But WAIT! She can just go on the Ferocity page, and get Piercing Thoughts which will give Lb even more Mp..

That's why the Rune system ain't balanced, (opinion of an "high" silver player)

•Changes that we'd like to see in the Rune system. •These are just an EXAMPLE of what RIOT should do.

•All the Marks, Glyphs,Seals that cost 400 IP, should drop to 200. •All the Marks, Glyphs, Seals that cost 800 IP, should drop to 400. •The Marks, Glyphs, Seals that cost 200 are fine. •All the Quints that cost 1000 should drop to 500. •All the Quints that cost 2000, should drop to 1000.

•(Runes like "Fast -5% Time Dead, 2% SpellVamp, Energy, Gold. SHOULD BE REMOVED)

•If this suggestion is out of discution, at least explain us WHY. •(This suggestion ain't totaly mine, I guess that there were other high elo players that suggested something like this. But the difference of thinking from an silver to an Challegner is huge)
