Getting Demoted For Stupid Reasons

I really don't like being demoted, but when I get demoted after having two players just decide to go AFK in the middle of the game and I lose because of this, it's not really fair. I thinking about a way where you could either lose less LP or just be immune from being demoted at the end of that game only. I mean I dont know how they'd do that but I think it'll be a cool idea since it won't make climbing in ranked impossible when you get players that go AFK. I especially hate the fact that it's literally just an unfair match. It's 4v5 you're pretty much giving the other team freelo and you're getting punished for that one player.
