(Champion Shaco)

Hello Dear , As i know there will be skin in 2019 for Shaco right? (Because the last time he got skin was in 2014). I Want to know if u are thinking about a boost too? Because in 9.9 u nerfed more the jungle (Scuttle is spawning in 3:15 instead of 2:00) and is hardest to get lvl faster or golds so the lanes are getting better and better. Also that means shaco getting worst. (which is rlly bad already). If u can answer that please it's the most important for me. please! Thank u dear.
