So youre supposed to get free boots at 10 min w this mastery, but what if you have a full inv of items. what happens? ( dont have pbe, cant test it)

If your inventory is full, you get the boots as soon as you free up a slot.
I found that out the fun way at the shop. Not that I screwed up a purchase, but the potential was there to do so >.>
As for the other questions, you get a pair of boots for free. They have +10 speed over normal boots, and they retain this extra speed when you upgrade them. You also upgrade them for 50g less, making for 400g saved overall.
I'm more interested in WHAT BOOTS DO YOU GET?! do you just get the starter 350g boots? If so, not really worth.
It says they upgrade for 50 coins cheaper. So clearly they must be starter (+slightly magical-ness) boots. What I want to know is do the boots retain their +10 movement speed bonus once upgraded? As in Swifties will now be Slightly Magical Swifties with +65 ms instead of +55?
