I'm fairly certain this champion was designed to be a support, which you know. Whatever, I don't really care, in the rare chance I do play him, I do play him Mid and I've gotten pretty decent scores every time. Though I have one question.
Why does his Q do more damage than his ult?
His q is a short ranged stun/burst His Ult is a knoc kback w/ damage. Not meant to do anything other than throw people into his max orb range \
His Q doesn't do more damage than his ult?
He's a sustained damage mage, who is gated too heavily by cooldowns and as such finds it too difficult to keep people in his slow field.
If his ult CD were lower, I think you'd find him having much more impact before he can purchase Rylai's.
