Have you had any behaviourial restriction that'dd stop you from getting hextech loot?
Sightless661 votesIn order to get tokens, you need to have him at mastery 5 already, and you need to not have any punishments that would stop you from getting loot. If both of those conditions are true, than you should contact Riot support.
