Yeah its a real spectacle but theres just an inescapable sense of "whats supposed to be fun about this?". Most of the bots arent even meant to be outplayed; lux firing lasers in every direction? If youre near her youre just shit outta luck. Try to do anything, get hit with a targeted or massive aoe cc, then get bursted and chained to death. What is the gameplay outside of "outrange them or pick sion"? Still an upgrade since last time even if it didn't work, here's what I envision for the next iteration.
3 humans vs 6 doom bots. HOWEVER they aren't all active at the same time. 3 1v1 lanes, with the doom bots occasionally tagging out to keep thibgs fresh.
Same map as current doom bots, but with regular SR gold generation.
The doom bots have slower abilities that are meant to be dodged, but spawn more instances. The true destiny of this mode isn't deadly spectacle, it's to create a Bullet Hell situation.
Every minute, the doom bots use a special DOOM version of one of their abilities, which is bonkers but predictable. The doom bots have weak base defenses but defensive passive buffs; you can sit under tower as the DOOM draws near, but after using their big ability the doom bots briefly lose their defensive buffs, granting an opening to kill them for those who brave the onslaught.
The doom bots come in alternating pairs to keep laning fresh. Every few minutes or after dying they swap out, and in the later stages they'll support one another, with one fighting and one providing suppressive fire from the backline. This way we get intimate bullet hell duels instead of cc clusters, with a little variety. Bots are also matched for each lane for 3 different experiences:
Top tank/diver
Mid mage/assassin
Bot adc/fighter
So the comp might be

Lux Talon
Ezreal Illaoi
(Doom Vi would be amazing too. Q refires when she reaches the end of her arc, does it multiple times in DOOM mode, and if you juke them all you get a chance to duel her).
As far as win conditions go, defense was a good choice. I see this working as "last as long as you can" with the bots just solo pushing the lanes to the inhibs. You have to cs for gold, and items can help, but the bots will always be one step ahead of you, and eventually they'll get pushed in. 6 items finished should be a major achievement. Once one inhib goes down there are permanently 2 bots pushing the other lanes, once two go down the last lane is a 3v3. With the last inhib all 6 rush your nexus, so good luck.
