I made account for my brother and he is now lvl 8 and he gets in game with silver and how does riot think that is fear not just the skill difference but also not giving runs to pice until 15lvl and even then how can a low lvl play with ranked ppl its just stupid he dosent want to play anymore when silver coms in game and rekts som 10 lvl kid

Don't play League. It's a total mess. Season 8 is a joke.

Did you play with him? What rank are you in? Cuz usually that only happens if a lvl 30+ guy q's up with the low lvl guy.
