Overwhelming number of bots in 3s...

Is Riot going to do anything about all of these bots in 3s? I have reported them every single time but for 3 days now about 60% of my games in 3s have had a bot. More often than not on my team but even if its a free game against a bot its not fun and they really need to do something about this because this has been going on for a while but it is actually insane how many bots there are right now...
