i cant fight leblanc in lane

ok WTF i was playing as my main mid laner, and i am against the leblanc. now i think she doesnt look strong, and its my first time see her in this position. i am shen btw. so i try to taunt her but she just keep HOP everywhere. i cant even wtf attack her?>?? and then someone she throws the string or whatever and its just make me not moving for a while, maybe a long time. so anyways i just wanna say i didnt want to ever even to see her again. if a someone can add me to tell me why i can kill her, thx. ...... ............ and can you nerf her? please
