Why players leave League of Legends and how to fix it

So i am currently s2 pretty average the lol player base has been droping since the asssins rework the thing is that assasin means find target kill target RUN but what riot did was well assasins shouldnt burst no no no lets make them consistant dmg but the problem isnt the assasins the problem is in the adcs i think that they have lack of mobility and escape, rework them not assasins they(assasins) do their job correctly so bc or these rework players quited alot of them plus plants plus make glaio from ap mage, TANK now buff(rework) tanks tanks are ok if you ask me .Now here is what you gotta do get assasins the way they were before rework(you wont bc that way you accept you made mistake)give adcs some mobility and escapeability or more hp.if you dont wanna get em before rework give assasins burst atleast 5 friends quited becuse of assins got turned into fighters stop killing your game you idiots
