Stuck in low silver
Well I have been stuck in low silver for a while (silver 4) I did reach 100LP but failed my promos. Horribly. Any kind of help would be appreiciated

Drop everything you're doing and just play Janna. Ticket outta Silver.

Practice CS
Go into the Practice Tool and work on last-hitting minions. Do this until you can get 100 CS in 13 minutes.
Play Simple Champions
Pick 2 roles you want to play. Pick 2 simple champions for each role, and a spare Support champion. Play them in EVERY game. Here's a small guide:

Constantly Check Your Mini-Map
Ganks suck. They're the soul reason for my tilt. Check your mini-map frequently to see where the enemies are. If you don't know where the Jungler, nearby solo-laner, or Support are, then don't try and fight.
You're win rate is good, if you just keep playing you'll slowly climb. Look into runes as you are running sub-optimal ones, for GP you can just run AD reds and quins, armor yellow, and mr blues. All of those are cheap and will be refunded at end of season with rune rework. Try out meditation instead of dangerous game if you are running into mana problems in lane as GP. You can also run 12 points in resolve instead of ferocity if you are in a lane where you can get bullied easily. Look up some other builds and situational items on GP.
What do you play? Roles, champions?
farm, freeze lane, bully the enemy if they let you. group, don't chase, take objectives.
Play more. You can climb out of it but you only have like 70 games of ranked. Also. PLAY SOLO. Solo games are easier. The duo system matches you either with being of supposedly less skill or against people of more skill. However you wanna look at it, that's how it compensates for duos. [slayer-jinx-wink]
