Idea for Illaoi's E

Ok we all know the amount of time someone could be a vessel went from 60 to 12 right? ok what if the base time was a tad higher(idk 15 seconds or so) and that time increased with ranks of her E? Idk if anyone mentioned this already I haven't seen it but I haven't looked at every thread about Illaoi's changes either. I think it could make it to where it doesn't seem so "op" to some people but as the game goes on it seems more viable. and she can have more of an effect on teamfights LIKE SHE SHOULD!

yea I really like that you can amplify damage by hitting both the person and their spirit taking that out would really be gutting her

How do you go about getting a red to see this? I think this could work cuz 12 seconds thruout the whole game is bad
