So what exactly are these championship hextech chests? What do i get in it? i know the 10 chest bundle gives the ward but is there anything special about this chest or is it the same just with a chance to win the new championship skins?

fmxshark1 votesburned through all 11 chests.. no championship skins... appears to be normal chests with jewels inside used to unlock tier 2 icon, which is the same as the 1 IP icon except gold. I do not know anything about the emotes and recalls unless that become active while wearing the icon? I have not played a game yet.
The jewels say: "Can be found in Championship Chests and Championship Jewels Tokens during 2016 Worlds. Used toward unlocking 2016 Worlds Team icons, emotes, and recalls."
