IS ezreal good adc to main?

I want all rounded adc to main and i also want someone that isnt alway nerf or buff that i have to switch champion. i heard ezreal was good in all season so im think of picking him up and learning him

no he isn't, he has to really get ahead to be useful and in order to do that, you must be fairly good with making his skill shot since he is a caster adc. if you want a good well rounded adc try jinx or corki (hes also a caster adc, but hes much better then ez in my opinion).

EZ is a good adc if you know how to play him koreans top 2 adcs before worlds were ez and luc and ez hasnt been touched but thier is one thing his earlly game is so strong and his late game kinda sucks

Yeah he sounds like exactly what you're looking for. He's never buffed, never nerfed, and he's not garbage tier.

Caitlyn would be another good one.

Ez is my personal favorite ADC, and yeah, he's a good one to main. Rarely touched with balance, fairly (read: very) safe, good laning to get the basics down with and if you get ahead he's fairly hard for most adcs to catch back up to until late game, and if he's behind he isn't the worst adc in the game, despite what some people believe.

He's fairly reliable. Not too great, not too bad. He has an appropriate power curve (unlike many ADCs in this game, looking at you Tristana), clear drawbacks when you play him and clear strengths.

If you can land skillshots decently, then yes. His Q is his only poke, and he mainly relies on it to buff himself with his passive. He's good for learning how to land skillshots, but if you can't already do that you're going to have a rough time playing him.

He's pretty safe, like everyone is saying. He can blink out of Thresh hooks and Blitz pulls if you cast it right before they land, which is how I troll displacement supports. I personally go AD Ez and ignore Blue build, but you can do whatever you want. Blue build = kitefest, AD build = straight damage.

He's pretty balanced right now, so I really doubt he'll be getting buffs or nerfs anytime soon. Now, Kalista will be getting hit with the nerf hammer in the next patch, no doubt. Wouldn't recommend trying to main her. Jinx is also a good ADC to main, but her playstyle is a little strange to get used to at first. Her AA animation threw me off for the longest time.

Oh the contrary, I main ezreal in ranked and i know a Diamond player who got to plat just playing ezreal, this doesn't mean everyone can do it. But if you get the mechanics right, you can easily main ezreal. jinx and corki are also quite good but if jinx is caught off she dies in an instant, both corki and ezreal's builds are pretty much the same as they are what i would call tri-reliant adcs. A normal build for ez would be Triforce, BT or BOTRK, IE, CDR boots, Last Whisper and also either youmoous/black cleaver/GAs. Hope this helps!
