Why is Kindred countlessly forgotten and so utterly bad right now?

Okay okay okay. So hear me out here for a quick second. Kindred tends to be completely forgotten. I'm sure a lot of you don't even know what her ult does. [sg-lux-2] When I started play LoL I mained kindred (because she had just come out) and partly because her kit and character design (story included) were so interesting! If nobody remembers the hype about her (i.e. mass amounts of cosplays, fanbase, etc.) then that isn't very surprising to me. [zombie-brand-clap]

What made her fun was her ability to jump around quickly which has been changed. This is slightly a problem considering the fact that her e has to PROC by itself for the effect to actually take place. With this, not being able to quickly gain ground on an enemy (like khazix, etc.) even with the slowing e makes her utterly useless. Because she can't jump from place to place as fast (q), doesn't receive a heal from wolf (e) and because her cooldowns were changed, you can see why everyone has forgotten her (including Riot). This is partly because junglers by themselves do damage quickly to whatever enemy they're facing. Kindred lacks all of that. They lack the ability to gain ground on their opponents (hi Jarvan IV, Khazix, Master Yi, etc.) and do damage in a somewhat quick manner (hi Jarvan IV, Khazix, Rengar, Master Yi, Shyvana, Udyr, etc.) [sg-soraka]

With this, I forgot why I even started this discussion. I know exactly why kindred was forgotten. Although everything about her character and kit is amazing. She is nothing compared to the natural jungler. She just doesn't seem to fit anywhere.

Come on Rito. Bring her back. ~~ Kindred

Kindred is actually inlove with the new runes and has been since day one, and was even featured in pants are dragons dominate jungler list. She's simply misserable to play under certain conditions.

That being said she is forgotten by riot.

I AGREE! I just purchased Kindred as she was on sale. Played at least 5 games with her. She gets STOMPED on hard! She offers nothing valuable to the team that another jungler could not do MUCH better. She is insanely squishy and goes down in a heart beat. If anyone tries to invade she auto-dies because of how insanely squishy she is.

I keep reading how she does insane damage... that just isn't true. I focused on her build recommended by Riot in-game and could barely scratch other champions health bars.. you know for the 2 seconds that I could before I was insta-killed.

I really want to like Kindred because I like her voice, style, and the fact that she has a bow but using her means that I will be punishing myself and my team. I even tested how well I did with other champions right after my terrible games with Kindred. I got like 14/6/12 with WW.... and didn't have a single death with Shyvanna.. compared to my usual 0/6 with Kindred.

I wish Riot sees this post so maybe they will take a second look at her because she really needs to be fixed or she'll just be another champion I don't want to play. I mean, an easy fix would be to give her more health and give her lifesteal or a self heal. As of now this champion is wrecked.

Which is why she's a high difficulty champ. An adc in the jungle who must collect marks to get stronger, which means counterjungling and ganking. She's like Nidalee, but an AD one.

I bought her for around 8000 BE, and I think she was a waste, I admit I'm a pseudo-noob but she's bad i can get much more kills, less deaths, more assists with my other champsions. I mean she is a very hard difficulty but even if I was excellent i Still woudn't be able to get a good game with her, i dont see anything good, she does nothing good, so you would expect she's versatile which she is but only minorily, and she just cant beat another champion, I mean you could use her as a support but not a jungler.Kindred

BTW "Come on Rito. Bring her back", Riot becomes "Rito" really???
