Fiora + Sated devourer?

no. fioras ult is not an on hit effect. fioras ult ** triggers** on hit effects. meaning, a bork passive might proc twice on every second leap for example.

the problem is, i have no idea what fioras ult actually is. is it an empowered auto attack? in that case it would work. or is it a spell that triggers on hit effects, like ezreals q? in that case it might not work.

the base damage and the ad ratio on the ability, combine with how its targeted, leads me to believe it counts as a spell. but i dont really know.
