Dynamic Fill Que needs to be removed

This new dynamic fill que needs to be taken out of the game, I main adc and in my promos am forced to play roles that I am either not familiar with, not good at, or just plain don't like, see just because I'm in my promos doesn't mean I wouldn't have wrote this anyways because at this point i am upset at the fact that riot is forcing players to play roles that are not in their comfort zone. In my opinion I would rather wait an hour waiting to que as an adc/mid role and playing into a game where everyone playing actually has a sense of what they are doing, then to hop into a game three minutes after waiting in ranked que to being forced to play support or any role for that matter where I am not comfortable nor good at, that is why I liked the queing system before this change as it created a structure where people who were good at one role could play that role occasionally switching to their second best but actually having a chance at going on a win streak and climbing the ranks like i have been recently, like so far this season I have gone from bronze 3 to silver 1 (potentially gold 5 if my series doesn't get ruined by this system) by practicing and playing adc a role that i am comfortable with and have played on and off since the end of season 2 beginning of season 3. This new system ruins the game for me as if i wanted to climb the ranks i am forced to play something that is not fun or remotely enjoyable, as well as where i have just seen a video http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/85Aqu1AA-ranked-means-nothing-anymore) on a rant where someone briefly rants about how instead of actually playing at this point it would overall just be more enjoyable to just go out and buy a high elo/ ranked account and be happy with where that account is because its true, I cant stand this new system as well as many people I know who so far have the same opinion. All in all this new ranked dynamic fill que needs to be taken out, the original dynamic que was good but with this fill que mechanic it has totally ruined ranked for me. Side-note, i know many reading this may say that i am complaining at such a low rank/elo the thing is for me i am continuously trying to get better at the role i am at and trying to climb the ranks and learn new strats and tricks as i go to make my performance better but i feel that people in higher elos may have it even worse but this is all just my opinion, to finish this off if a player chooses a role (two with this dynamic que) to play as_** They Should Only Get One Of The Two Roles They Chose Not A Random Role In Which They Don't Like Or Are Not Comfortable With.**_
