Allow users to freely change UI in game

I am bringing back a post submitted years ago and still hoping to get it put into the game.:

**Please vote after you read this, high views and low votes wont make riot care ** There are already a few games that let you customize your game hud/gui with awesome features.

-Move any gui/hud item -re-size any gui/hud item -set opacity

Why does lol not have support for something like this?

it could solve the following user complaints: -Mini map is too small -Mini is in the way -skill bar is in the way -HUD is messed up because of the huge resolution -change some HUD sizes while leaving others alone ( mini map vs team character icons ) -Allow players to have size specific health bars

Examples of games that implement this: Guildwars wow ( I am sure there are others but those are the only two off the top of my head )

Edit: I think people are getting the wrong idea of what I meant by customizing, I never meant being able to reskin your gui in game. I ment being able to move the preset gui items to a new place on the screen in game.****
