This game isn't as fun as it used to be

Is it just me or does vlads pool seem like its cooldown is wayyyyyyy to short. I know I'm about to get called a nub, noob, idiot, jackass and all the word inbetween for saying this, but shouldn't invulnerability be on a much longer cooldown, and not do so much aoe damage while its active? I just played a match and my whole team could go in on this Vladimir, and all of us would die and vlad walks away with near full health. Why? Why is this not different? We had a tryndamere, he also has an invulnerability, but his is on a much longer cooldown, and vlad would still outsurvive him in a 1v5 bc his pool was always off cd. This was not a fun match at all, and I think the point of a game is lost whenever its not fun to both sides of the fight. Look I know that you're not going to be happy about being on the losing team but you should still at least have fun playing, and feel like it was a balnced match rather than feeling like there was never a chance to win in the first place. I enjoy league for the intense fights and strategy, but whenever all of that is gone because theres one person on the enemy team who can just destroy you no matter what you do, it doesn't feel fun anymore. This is a trait I observe fighting yorick, and Quinn as well. They aren't fun to play against because you feel like they didn't have to do anything to win that fight. I just want the feel like I earned a win, or that I did my best against the enemy team when we lost, but that they just outsmarted us and gave them the advantage they needed.
