Today I'd like to ask if 
's Q resets Duskblade of Draktharr? 
I tried a new build on recently:

+ . And so I'm really confused with if Draktharr activates only once when I approach a target, or it gives its effect once more when I shoot my Q?

Valor Bot1 votesYup, the Nearsight on Quinn's Q (conditionally) procs Duskblade. I say conditionally because certain circumstances must be met for it to proc. First, the enemy you Q'd as Quinn must not be near any of his or her allies or turrets. And second, you must of course be standing outside the reduced vision radius of the Q'd target for Duskblade to proc.
