Ahri support? Are you trolling?" Im sure im not the only one who has gotten this same response. For us Ahri mains we have to hope we either get mid always or find a team that doesnt think you are trolling, and we all know thats not the easiest. Ahri is my first league of legends love and i know she could have so much more potential in the support role. But as i said before usually people assume youre trolling which leads to more que dodges or a very salty team. Aside from her charm there isnt any other ability she has to even consider the Support Role. The summoner spell summoner 7 is another nice way to add to her support build but has really to long of a wait time to be consistent enough to heal an ally and as well as can only affect 1 ally and yourself. i had a concept i have been pondering for a good while so i figured i would post this crazy idea on the forums to see if riot could help. and that is why not make orb provide a sheild or heal based on the damage she deals to any enemy (champ, minion, or jungle) upon returning to her as it pases through an ally champion this affect could only happen while her orb is green and would heal allys instead of ahri. this could balance her capabilities as a support so you dont have to leave your adc/ team hanging if you miss your charm or whensummoner 7 targets the wrong ally in team fights. As main i would love to see her be able to be a support roleas well as a mage...

I don't see a need to change her kit. Some of the other supports only have one form of hard cc and then just damage. No heals from them or anything, prime example being Zyra and Annie . Just ignore the flame in this case. If it gains traction people would complain about how op it is, kind of like Sion support. She is more of a niche support though, like MF.

This is only my opinion because I enjoy experimenting with different champions in the support role. I will always practice and try it in norms before taking it to ranked though, like Sion and Malph.

Maybe, just maaaybe if you're team is running a heavy pick-off team. Pop Frost Queen's, and if someone is misplaced, revealed, and slowed, you could potentially ult and Charm them to make an opening for your team to get a quick kill. You would need jungler support for the early game to get an advantage in lane, and from there you would probably need to roam mid to gank to retain usefulness (and let your mid roam down bot too to help keep lane dominance as well as dragon control). If you aren't using her mobility, you shouldn't pick her as that's all she really has over other support picks.

And a lot of that is much more easily said than done.

Other than that, I see it being really hard to justify.

This is really dumb and will not work in any evenly-matched situation. I have played ahri in just about every possible position except jungle, and can safely say that only ap mid and adc are in any way viable. Support is really, really awful and is definitely trolling, no matter what your intent it. It may work OK in blind picks, where everything is basically based on luck and memes.

as well as if you read it says i would like to see her support. didnt say she was good at it but this idea could make that a possibility. im sorry that you find this to be stupid but i have every right to bring my own topics up. if i didnt have a right to my opinion there would not be any leaderboards or options for discussions

How is those ADC's working out for the bot lane? I heard a mad bomber was trying to crash the party there. Oh, I also heard of a thing called Miss Fortune support not too long ago was a thing.

Apparently some people need to wait until some known streamer or LCS player starts bringing unorthodox shit in before a nobody tells you that you do not have permission to try and innovate. Even if it wins you games... It's still not allowed.

You understand they have reasons for doing these things right? They didn't just come up with some bullshit "let's give ahri a shield or heal to allies" just so you can take a champion support. Not to mention the "don't leave a comment if you don't agree with me" disclaimer he put at the bottom.

OP needs to go find a safe space and gtfo the boards if that's the kind of person they are.

i just meant i would rather see someone choose the option in the pole that says naay instead of commenting nasty things in the board. theres a difference between giving your opinion on why it would not work than rather saying im stupid or they hate me. everyone has a right to an opinion. i didnt say dont comment if you dont agree with me i simply am asking for a more friendly poll not one for people to write me off as stupid. sure if you think my ideas trash but like every idea there are critics but agressive behavior or words is not necessary. the boards are for people asking for help not asking for how stupid anyone thinks i am,. nand it doenst say dont leave a comment if you dont agree with me i want the poll to be used instead of negativity. please and thank you

those are good champs but it in my opinion. it doesnt matter what champ you choose if youre no good at them then it doesnt matter. with all champs it depends on the player but that is my opinion and thanks for yours

You know... You could just learn to play a support champ. [sg-lulu] For example Sona or Janna. They're pretty easy supp champs imo.

'cause let's face it. Ahri supp just doesn't work and it's not a very good idea to change a champ's kit to just make them ''more support'' [sg-ahri-3] Ahri is a midlaner and i'm pretty sure she'll always be a midlaner. Ty (I know, this is a really old post but i just had to say that^^ )
