More mini-map freedom (for Ultrawide Monitors)

So I know this isn't that big of a problem but I would really like to see more freedom with the mini-map, because I have an ultrawide monitor and while I enjoy the larger camera I have terrible map awareness and would like to move the minimap closer to the center of the screen.
