Ranked pairing and solo queue matchups (problem)

Riot im here to discuss the problem with pairing in ranked solo duo queue, specifically in gold elo and below. Now alot of you may not care and say if im in this low elo then get "better" but i believe im playing better then where i am in my ranking. I am simply in this elo because of other players who are honestly just worse then me. A game i played today i got auto filled support which is no big deal i can play all roles just fine. The problem comes with the adc that got put with my team. He is unranked and his whole match history filled with normal games and twisted treeline game ( checked on op.gg ). He didnt know how to lane had 20 farm at 23 minutes and pretty much lost us the game going 0/6 and we surrendered at 20 minutes. How as a silver 2 player am i getting put up with these players? I checked everyone else in the game and looked at their rank, including the enemy team everyone else was in sliver EVERYONE!!! How do we get randomely set up with an adc like this? Is there no other silver players playing at that moment? I dont think so. This has happened to me on several occasions and i cant be the only one, riot please respond with a reason as to why this happens and if for the love of god there is way you are fixing this if 70 percent of players are in bronze then the ranked system needs to fixed there is no possible way for me to climb based on skill because of this. I have to simply be lucky with the people i get matched up with. Hope you guys get back to me because i dont know if i can play this game anymore.
