Talon NEEDS A BUFF
Talon has become so useless after the several nerfes now that i regret buying him.

He needs several buffs, not a buff.
Hmmm NOPE, just NOPE, play him in the jungle, buy a Corruption Potion, Use DFT, watch your enemies die.

After those 2 items are created we can see if the assassins(aside from zed who was heavily nerfed with his bug fix)
