How to solve the wait time and lane preference problem

riot sent a notification saying that if i wanted to get into games faster i may not get the role i chose. if im given a role I cant play i lose LP and the team gets mad at me, this has happened several times.

Solution: have 2 game modes.

One for people who dont care that they have to wait a little longer to get the lane that they want and another for people who dont care if they dont get their primary or secondary lane pick but want faster waits.
