Can't get out of gold 5

I already lost 2 promos to gold 4, as adc main i always try my best, i never feed, if behind rarely get caught.. Even if matched up against golds 2 to plats 4, i still manage to do well being able to outplay and stuffs. I feel like I deserve an higher spot on the league at least, but im always being matched up with people who apparently can't play.. I try to do my best advicing people in chat on builds and moves to do and i also ping a lot to avoid people getting caught here there and everywhere, i also try to force objectives on my own but no one follows.. they just seem to ignore me, maybe because they feel like the know their facts, but maybe they don't, uh? How is a good player supposed to climb? You can even check my last games, im not lying.. I now went i a losing streak even if I feel i did everything i could, but of course i can't control the minds of my teammates. Someone will also say that if i really deserve to climb i will... But i feel i deserve to but im still stuck.. please help me

Try duo queueing with a support you enjoy playing with. One that compliments your playstyle.

I already duo with my support, we always play togheder in the botlane and i feel we have really good synergy.. even we do quite well in the early stages of the game, then everything seems to fall off when we group up with our underfarmed and pretty behind teammates.. The mistake that i notice more often is that even if they know the enemy jungle is very active early, they keep overextending for creeps even they have no vision and a gank is more than expectable; they die once, they give up, game over.

I ping a lot, like literally take over the entire team's job of calling MIA and danger and objective pings. I feel it probably helps others play safer and move on objectives more than they would otherwise. See if your duo support can do that more and it might help prevent those overextensions.
