Nerf this champ please

I really think katarina needs a nerf, whenever I play my mid laner feeds a kat and then we can't do anything about it cause she roams and has WAYYYY to much mobility with her daggers its just unfair to the point where she just presses e q r and your dead and then her cooldowns lower and then another easy kill like nothing. At the moment I feel like her laning phase and way to simple and her late game is way too effective.
