Rework of blind pick.

I belive to everyone who made a new acc or play on some low lvl, is SUFFERING beacuse he must play blind pick unitl he unlock draft, leveling is hard when to play PvP but in every game you have duo mid/jg or even duo top and jg. Soo i have idea, blind pick should be something similar to draft, just without bans, everyone has to select 2 lanes that he wanna play, and he gets one of it, litteraly draft pick wihtout bans, on that way everyone will be able to play any champ they want, wihtout arguing about lane. Also this will delete noobs whic just write "I SAID FIRST" thinking that rules exist in blind pick... If this can't be rework of blind pick, then make another game champion select type with this system, it will even reduce flame in low leves, and help permabanned players to rework by not being frustrated from champion select.
