Change your balance team.
Riot maybe TRY to get some higher tier balance team instead of silvers/bronze? Least make it something diamond or above, cause right now the balance team sucks.

What if it's the Diamond people doing all the balancing, for the sake of having an advantage over silvers/bronze?
A silver player complaining about the balance team being low elo is hilarious. All diamond players balancing the game would make you hate the game even more.
