Dcs during ranked.. ( Lvl 1 )

I enjoy league of legends, it is a great game, but ranked is starting to get way worse, because of people lagging or dcing. I think its unfair that a person leaves at lvl 1... and makes it a 4 vs 5, because his internet is shitting out.. There should be a ping limit for you.. if you are over lets say.. 200 ping.. you can't play ranked.. but i think its still unfair that i lose LP JUST because a dumbass can't connect. Not saying I would have won, but its kind of impossible to tell the future..
