Is the new Fiora's true damage too much?

I was just wanting to put this out there, but does anyone else think that Fiora's true damage is a bit much? With a heavy ad build it is possible to reach around 20% of your opponent's max health in true damage per vital I believe. I did a build on the pbe where I bought the majority of the heavy ad items and while it may take a long time and may not be a conventional build I was able to achieve around 25% max health true damage per vital. I did not actually check the per vital damage. I checked the ult which was up to a possible 100% max health true damage if all four vitals were hit. I was wondering if anyone else believes that there should be a cap for the true damage at some point or if they just believe that it is ok as it is only applicable when a vital is hit.

Well they will prolly tune the numbers a bit more. However I will say thatitem 3071 Will prolly be core as the cdr for her dash and the movement speed for positioning will be immensely powerful.

item 3158 item 3074 item 3072 item 3071 item 3031 item 3026

seems like a really freaking strong combination on her. the health from cleaver, the bt shield and some resistances from ga also give her pretty decent defensive stats for that much raw offensive power. plus, tons of lifesteal to keep her going.

she should be absolutely destroying with that build. expensive as it may be. but without the i.e. (more of a luxurity item) definitely feasable.

item 3172 As bad as this item is on pretty much everyone it seems built for this new fiora. Runes and masters could give 10% cdr so with item 3071 item 3172 You have your 40% cdr and huge amounts of MS. item 3009 because your already got tenacity and gee you can really MOVE.

Of course this prolly won't be a good build but I think it would be fun. I would get item 3153 for the slow.

then your overall ad values suck, and so will your passive. and most of your duelling power and kill potential is reliant on your passive.

attack speed is a terrible stat on her. she doesnt really have anything in her kit that builds on that. ive seen people try to build bork on her and it just didnt work out.

shes not a carry who wants to auto attack consistently. but rather move in and out and land single big autos on the vitals instead.

for comparison, you get more % damage out of a bloodthirster than a bork, due to the higher ad value. next to more lifesteal, and the shield. you have 2 slows in your kit, and a speed buff on your ult, and a relatively short cooldown dash on your q. you dont really need the bork slow.

the item 3158 are debatable, but considering how long her cooldowns are early on in the game, with 20 seconds on riposte and a high base cooldown on the q without the reset, a 20% cdr rush (5% from masteries) can make quite a difference. and theyre cheap.

I'm still waiting for Riot to implement true armor as a prelude to their next phase of "rare" mechanics called "truer damage".
