The Global Experience Change (6.13)
I'm happy about the new "catch-up" mechanic for experience, especially with early kills giving less experience. Maybe it's the bronze in me, but it sucks to still lose a lane horribly after dying only twice or so to my enemy laner. I know the gold value hasn't changed but it is ridiculous that lane bullies can get 2 levels above their enemies without farming cs.
Anyone else have thoughts? Am I not interpreting this change correctly? It's the change that's interested me the most this patch, and I'm a relatively new League player.
