Ranked Flex isn't made for competitive players at current state.

I will be blunt and try to use less toxic words from the start.

Noone takes ranked flex seriously anymore due to the fact that you can get matched with someone 2 ranks higher or 3. (Played vs 2 Diamond elo players guess how that turned out) My flex rank is Silver 2 LP55 and the fact that I can get someone on SOLO/DUO that is DIAMOND 3 AND DIAMOND 5 and still consider trying to play the game. Like that s**t doesn't make sense how can you put someone that high into my silver 2 elo game. Someone is going to say "Oh, you idiot solo/duo and flex are two different ranked game modes" YES! it is but it doesn't mean it should stay in those lines. Cause if you can be bronze 5 on flex and be Challenger tier and you queue up for your game with other bronze or silvers you will win that game no matter what. AT LEAST make a rank cap if their rank is diamond on solo/duo and you match with people below plat tier that isn't even fair cause you can carry versus those. And if you think oh it happens one game or two. Well, you are dead wrong since I get queued up with at least one plat or 2 on the enemy team and we can't win.

If you think that this is normal for people tryharding and trying to accomplish something while losing LP due to ranks being so different. This is one of many reasons why ranked flex is not as respected as normal RANKED.
