Counter jungling- Done, that poor malphite only had 2 buffs the intier game and he ended the game 1/10 Ganking- Done, every lane won Objectives- 3 Barons 5 Dragons (i stole 1 of those barons btw)

Game lasted 47 min. When a game lasts that long doesn't matter how well you wrecked the enemy team early it's anyone's game at that stage of the game.
By the looks of things, it seems that Jinx started eating your team up. She's very strong late game and with Malphite and Alistar there to protect her, she'd certainly be a threat. If you're ahead and every lane is winning try to pressure to end the game as soon as possible. Early advantages start to mean less and less as the other team farms up and nears full build in the late game.
focus more on taking objectives. you were significantly ahead in gold the entire game and got 3 baron buffs, but it doesn't look like you ever really pushed your advantage.
