Pyke Mid and/or Toplane

So recently has been a major pick in mid and sometimes toplane, some say is because of his new skin and some say cuz its strong and/really good. Even after riot basically gutted him due to this q and e changes; ppl still continue to play him which yea obv u can ban him but the few times he isn't banned hes 100% gonna be played cuz hes a pretty good champ to have on a team. All I'm saying is maybe do something to where he won't be picked mid and/or top almost every game because of his kit and ulti. I've both won and lost to pyke so I'm not mad about it; I'm just saying that he needs to be knocked down a noch compared to other champs.
