Within days, Zac lowest winrate in jungle

What deadweight braindead briefstain greenlit this odious POS rework anyway?

Went from a go-to champ to my team consistently HATING me every game I TRY to play this worthless garbage

Zac rework is a JOKE. You can't do anything; inane impractical Q and R, rest of his kit is dragged down into obsolescence. Did they even test out this travesty in applied gameplay or just fold their arms and say AAAYYYYYYYYYYYY wacky Zac thematic clarity!!!

Worst champ in the game now, easy.

I don't think that winrate is relevant, if it's low he'll get buff.

But the rework? Yeah it's a joke. His new ult is garbage, underwhelming, clunky, unreliable, boring, less useful. Anything you can think could get worse about his ult actually happened.

I don't really like his new Q, but i'm kinda fine with it though, it's less reliable, but it has more CC potential.

I'm just crossing my fingers and hope that they revert his ult.

I'm shocked that Riot completely face planted on another class rework. I don't know why they feel the need to force one out every half season, when they're not needed. Their VGUs are spectacular. They almost always hit the nail on the head. But these full class reworks, they've been disgusting. Every one starting with the marksman update. Graves is a disaster now. Quinn still has the most boring and difficult to balance kit in the class. MYMU completely and utterly destroyed Malzahar and alienated his mains, fucked with Annie's R hitbox so that now, you don't know if the target will be stunned or not, turned Zyra into a balance nightmare (still can't go mid), and removed so much AP from the game that mages feel worthless until 5 items. Their assassin update was whack too. Kat is impossible to balance, Leblanc is a joke. These class reworks have all been progress for the sake of progress. Only no progress is made. I'm quite tired of class updates. Please stick to VGUs.

I don't even get why they spent so much time and effort into reworking Zac to begin with. Apart from his long range engage, there wasn't anything too problematic with his kit. I feel as though Malphite would have been a better candidate for a mini rework.

I've been a Zac main for years. He was my favorite champion. Old ult was flexible because you could use it both offensively and defensively. It was so satisfying landing in the enemy team with E then press R to bounce around causing havoc in teamfights, it even had some skill in positioning in which direction you wanted enemies to land. He felt so active, radical and crazy! Now he feels clunky as hell. I can agree on Q feeling a bit uninspired and samey to W so I wouldn't have minded a rework on that. But sacrificing R for more CC on Q and 'reactionary counterplay' was not the way to go. With 'reactionary counterplay' I think they saw E knockup to R knockup had little counterplay so they made this be-a-pizza-for-1-sec thing so enemies could react to his cc plays. But that's not an argument imo because other champions have even crazier combos. Why bounce around having fun when you can stand still, become a pizza for a few seconds then bounce 1 time a few yards away. So interactive and fun! I'd rather have you keep the old Q and delete the slow just to have old R back.

I loved old Fiora, they remade her so I went to old Shen. I loved old Shen, they remade him so I went to Zac. Now Zac is dead to me too. The only thing I have left in this game is Udyr. Once they screw him up with a rework I'm done with this game.

Riot seriously needs to cut back on staff. They've become so bloated with employees they need to find problems where there aren't any just to keep employees busy. Zac had ZERO reason to be reworked but people gotta get paid, right? These half assed reworks is gonna cost Riot in the long run. Enjoy your comfy office work while it lasts.

When they buffed rivens ult in season 6, her win rate went DOWN. This is because a lot of people who don't play her enough, thought she might be op, lost a dropped the win rate.

Bandwagon players and people testing out new changes DESTROY the validity of the total win rate of champions. They create stats on champions with their first 5 to 10 games ever on them, which usually are losses and lower the win rate.

If you could filter off everyone with < 100 games before the rework, that number would be a lot more meaningful

I was a zac main for a while. I haven't played the new zac yet, but I have no idea why they changed him. To me, he was one of the most unique champs in the game. He was powerful, but he could be beat. He was balanced. He was already different there was no need to change or update his kit. I really have no desire to play him now.

IMO that was one the most unnecessary changes I've seen in the last 2 years.

Watching Meteos last night said he actually likes the new Zac better and that it's more fun. Maybe not as powerful right now, but more fun.

They turn a braindead champ into a complicated one

Of fucking course the winrate is going to drop.

lightdragoon885/8/2017, 5:57:28 PM3 votes

I like the Q theme..it just needs some extra work.

But that ult...that ult is horrible.

Legacy Hydralpha5/8/2017, 7:57:46 PM3 votes

Y'know Riot's buffing Zac, right? Also, shouldn't you expect people to have a lower winrate on a champion when they get changed? They have to get used to a new kit and playstye.

I wish he was viable because, honestly, I can see a balanced version of the kit being really fun to play.

Easily the worst rework Riot has ever done. Please admit your mistake and just revert the changes... and whoever green lit the rework, please also put in your resignation.

ModAcademy Kayn5/8/2017, 8:36:45 PM2 votes

Except if you look at Winrate by Mains, you'll see a 52% winrate. While that is still low for a Champion's main winrate, it proves more that he's just weak and the rework isn't the problem.

Did you know that, like every other gaming company in the world, Riot is bad at balancing their game? There's no reason for League of Legends not to have severe balance problems when Riot releases a major update like this.
