i've been playing a lot of teemo on my other account .. i found him too squishy better be get enough health or buff him i guess up this please for those who wants teemo not killed always :D rip teemo :(

Ap Bruiser teemo: item 3025 item 3151 item 3157 item 3001 item 3116 and pick one item 3009 item 3111 item 3047

That teemo build is very resilient with decent damage. Liandry's torment is constantly applied by toxic shot and the high ap gives blinding shot and shrooms quite a large amount of burst.

Tank Teemo: item 3027 item 3022 item 3153 item 3065 then pick one item 3143 item 3026 item 3742 item 3083 and use the same boots

This is a good build to be a troll . Autos will constantly apply a slow alongside the botrk shred and a accept level of toxic shot damage. If anything does jump on you late game the tankiness + life steal is hilarious.

Split push teemo: item 3085 item 3151 item 3025 item 3116 item 3026 same boots as above

Still pretty tanky but the runaans + Liandries give it epic wave clear from toxic shot and faster tower shred.

Duelist Teemo: item 3115 item 3025 item 3151 item 3026 then pick one of these item 3157 item 3001 item 3742 item 3143 item 3083

Exactly as the name implies.

On hit teemo core items: (Always build the first two, then pick from the rest for the third item) item 3022 item 3085 item 3087 item 3146 item 3091 item 3046 and item 3006

This is hilarious for shredding towers / wave clearing. It plays like a adc though and is pretty squishy. After the third item if you want to be a troll you can go rot + banner or full tank.
