Some people spam pings all game for no real reason - you can mute them but not their pings.
I think there should be a separate mute button for pings.
Sometimes you don't even mind them talking but want to mute the pointless pings..
samotas2 votesSometimes I end up muting the sounds of all pings, because someone starts to ping my dead body or just ping randomly on the map just to annoy you. Muting the certain players pings would be mush better option in these scenarios.

Iron Wu1 votesI can imagine it now, Jungler gets mad at me for something, mutes my pings. Now 3 of the enemy are running down my lane taking my turrets after a succesful gank. I'm pinging to alert my jungler but he has me muted. Team gets first tower and half a second. Rest of the game they apply heavy pressure to the one lane while split pushing another ALL because the Jungler decided he rather not listen to pings.
It already happens without the mute, muted pings will only be much worse.
ANOTHER SCENARIO
Top lane mutes my pings, Mid takes me down and wonders up to top lane, Im pinging MIA but he cant see it or hear it. He gets the kill and now the top laner is mad at the mid laner telling the mid laner to go this and that when really he should be mad at himself. All the while because top couldnt see pings the mid laner has to deal with a fed mid lane enemy. This all could have been avoided without muted pings.

Someone keeps pinging and is being toxic (normal on the OCE server..) One if not two or three other players say "f##K this" and AFK - You loose the game.
This scenario has happened on the OCE server countless times that I've experienced - for years.. its a real scenario - not one of these above mentioned paranoid delusions.
Also people don't generally mute other players for no reason. If they are the kind to mute someone for no reason - they have no intention on team work to begin with and wont come to your aid no matter how much you ping..
