Most ap
Just wondering what items at full build would give the most ap? Not including mejis and dragons or blue or other factors like that. Just items. And how much ap would that be? Thanks.

It doesn't really matter. 
Would be the most AP, but it's a horrendous build. Item passives are generally more important than stacking excessive amounts of AP. For instance 
would add more damage to this build than one of the because of the penetration.
Just don't build straight AP.
