Can't play ranked?

So, when I try to play a ranked game or launch it I suppose, it just loads for a couple of seconds and then sends me back to the main screen of the client. I can't join a friends game, can't make my own, and just can't play ranked in general. Help? (This all started today, after a bug in champ select where the timer for a champ to pick was at 0 seconds and everyone on my team had it too, forcing us to leave the lobby)
