Based on the Q&A, if i understand it correctly, they are moving to make this work on champion only but Why not let it work on at least large monsters as well? Jungle champs that utilize crit would be seriously diserviced with the intended hotfix of "against champion only"

Because no other jungle champ actually uses crit during his main jungling phase.

. He also happens to have a 57% winrate... His first clear is broken as it is compared to everyone else.

Ive seen tryn punish top lane with the mastery. ....But wasnt the masteries intention to provide diverse playstyle? Aside from the tryn discussion....Wouldnt changing it to champ only simply limit that choice for junglers looking to explore a crit build
