ok im gonna attempt to re-write what the OP is saying to actually be readable:

all on a winstreak

vs

me (3 wins 13 losses) 4 unranked players on loss streaks. its either the same mmr or riot is stacking my games

it appears to be a matchmaking rant.

@op, if english isnt your strong suite, its fine to just type it in your native language and use google translate. it might be choppy, but at least legible to us.
