Hi I just wondered if anyone could give me some advice. What champs are good to play I was bronze 2 last season I wanna try get to high silver dunno what role to main or anything. Also when should I do my placement games. Thanks for any advice
Syn Zykan1 votesTry playing free to use champions until you find ones that you like to use in different roles. Once you get an idea of what you like you can branch into similar champions and eventually get a pretty diverse pool for different lanes. I'd recommend doing your placement matches once you are comfortable with at least 2 champions in every role (mid is an exception as you'll always have people willing to mid). Over time you will find yourself leaning towards a specific role to main and you will climb as long as you strive to improve every game. Improve your cs'ing, improve your laning matchups, improve your positioning/teamfighting, and most importantly improve your game knowledge. It doesn't matter how good you are at anything else (well except maybe cs'ing as that is insanely crucial if you are laning) if you don't know what enemy champs and your teams champs are capable of. I have played a lot of games that we lost simply because someone didn't realize you cant tower dive a veigar who has his stun up even if his hp is low...he will blow you up.
If you are struggling on specific champs but you like how they play, you can probably find guides and videos on them and see if you can improve off of those as well.
