i think with all the tank item updates it may be seen useable more to players. i think its an amazing item, but people don't understand the 30% speed boost and for shen it's an amazing item to ult with though its a situational item unless your evelynn most just stick to zz rot, which is amazing for champions especially the split push proxy farmers. and you can atleast use that item as a ghost to chase down people or get out of fights teemo's ga item xd
